Building connection through creativity.

The Mosaic Mural is a facilitated creative process that helps teams think together in a different way. Through a series of collaborative workshops, participants explore ideas, build relationships, and create something that reflects their shared experience.
Developed by Salted Logic founder Naiʻa Lewis, the process blends art, storytelling, and facilitation into an experience that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and new ways of thinking. Every mural is unique because every group brings its own stories, perspectives, and vision to the work.
How it's made
Every Mosaic Mural begins as a single illustration divided into individual tiles. Each participant colors one tile, bringing their own style and perspective to the larger piece. When the tiles come back together, they form a single mural that reflects the contributions of everyone involved.
The finished mural becomes a lasting reminder of the experience. Clients receive the original artwork along with a high-resolution digital scan that can be adapted into prints, greeting cards, posters, reports, or other branded materials. Whether created with a team, an organization, or an entire community, Mosaic Murals can be facilitated in person or online.
